Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Landlord

Jack: "Wow, this flat looks amazing! I can already see myself living here."

Landlord: "I'm glad you like it, young man. Why don't we take a tour so you can see the whole place?"

Sarah: "Sounds good to me."

Tom: "Let's do it!"

Episode 3: "The Price Negotiation"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Landlord

Jack: "So, what's the rent for this flat?"

Landlord: "It's $1200 per month."

Tom: "Wow, that's a bit steep for us. Is there any way we can get it for a lower price?"

Landlord: "I can drop it to $1100 if you're willing to sign a year lease."

Sarah: "That sounds reasonable to me. What do you think, Jack?"

Jack: "I'm in!"

Episode 4: "The Move-In Day"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Movers

Jack: "Alright guys, let's get everything in here and start unpacking."

Sarah: "I can't believe we finally have our own place!"

Tom: "Yeah, it's pretty exciting."

Mover: "Hey, do you guys need any help with the heavy stuff?"

Jack: "That would be great, thanks."

Episode 5: "The First Night"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Pizza Delivery Guy

Jack: "Time to celebrate with some pizza!"

Pizza Delivery Guy: "Here's your order, folks. That'll be $25."

Sarah: "Thanks. Hey, do you want to come in and have a slice with us?"

Pizza Delivery Guy: "Sure, why not?"

Tom: "This is starting to feel like home already."

Episode 6: "The Mystery Sound"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Neighbor

Sarah: "Do you guys hear that sound? It's been going on for hours."

Jack: "Yeah, I hear it. It sounds like it's coming from the upstairs apartment."

Tom: "Should we try to talk to our neighbor and ask them to stop?"

Neighbor: "Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't realize my tap was dripping like that. I'll get it fixed right away."

Jack: "No problem. Thanks for taking care of it."

Episode 7: "The Group Activity"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and New Friend

Sarah: "Hey, I met this girl at work. She just moved to the city too. Maybe we can invite her over and have a game night or something?"

Tom: "That's a great idea!"

New Friend: "Hi, thanks for inviting me. I brought some board games."

Jack: "Cool, I have some drinks and snacks too. Let's get this party started!"

Episode 8: "The Cleaning Schedule"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Chore Wheel

Sarah: "Guys, I think we need to come up with a cleaning schedule. This place is starting to get messy."

Tom: "Yeah, I agree. But how do we divide everything up?"

Jack: "We can make a chore wheel. Each week, we'll switch duties."

Sarah: "Great idea, Jack. Let's get to work."

Episode 9: "The Pest Problem"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Exterminator

Tom: "Guys, I think we have a pest problem. I saw a mouse in the kitchen."

Sarah: "Oh no, that's gross. What should we do?"

Jack: "We need to call an exterminator. I'll take care of it."

Exterminator: "Don't worry, I'll get rid of those pesky rodents for you."

Episode 10: "The End of the Lease"
Characters: Jack, Sarah, Tom, and Landlord

Landlord: "Well, your lease is up next month. What are your plans?"

Sarah: "We haven't decided yet. But we'll let you know soon."

Tom: "Yeah, we really like this place. Maybe we'll renew for another year."

Jack: "Let's talk about it more. But thanks for being a great landlord, we really appreciate it."

Landlord: "No problem, it was a pleasure having you as my tenants. Good luck with whatever you decide."
