Episode 1: “The Search Begins”

INT. REAL ESTATE AGENCY – DAY

Four friends, JOE, MATT, LISA, and SARAH, sit at a table with a real estate agent, JENNIFER.

JENNIFER: So, what type of house are you guys looking for?

JOE: Something with a big backyard.

MATT: A man-cave would be awesome.

LISA: I want a large kitchen.

SARAH: And I’d love a walk-in closet.

JENNIFER: Okay, I’ll start sending you some listings.

The group thanks Jennifer and leaves.

Episode 2: “Touring the Haunted House”

INT. HAUNTED HOUSE – DAY

The group tours a run-down, abandoned house.

LISA: Well, this is creepy.

SARAH: I’m pretty sure I just saw a ghost.

JOE: And I think I saw a rat.

MATT: Wait, did anyone bring a flashlight?

After leaving the haunted house, the group agrees they will not be purchasing it.

Episode 3: “The Fixer-Upper”

INT. HOUSE IN NEED OF REPAIR – DAY

The group tours a house that needs a lot of work.

LISA: This place needs some serious TLC.

SARAH: Yeah, but can you imagine how amazing it would look after some renovations?

MATT: I think I’d rather just spend the extra money on a move-in-ready house.

JOE: Agreed.

Episode 4: “The Overly Priced Mansion”

INT. MANSION – DAY

The group tours a mansion with a high price tag.

LISA: Wow, I feel so small in here.

SARAH: Yeah, I don’t think I could handle all this space.

MATT: And the price is just ridiculous.

JOE: I think we’re all in agreement on this one.

Episode 5: “The Perfect House”

INT. PERFECT HOUSE – DAY

The group comes across a house that meets all their criteria.

LISA: This kitchen is amazing!

SARAH: And check out this closet!

MATT: The man-cave is already set up!

JOE: And the backyard is perfect.

JENNIFER: So, are you guys interested?

The group discusses it and agrees that this is the one.

Episode 6: “The Inspection”

INT. INSPECTION DAY – DAY

The group meets with the home inspector, BOB.

BOB: Well, this house looks great overall.

LISA: But?

BOB: There’s a leak in the roof.

SARAH: Okay, that doesn’t sound too bad.

BOB: And the foundation needs some work.

MATT: Uh, that’s a big deal.

BOB: It could be expensive to fix.

JOE: We’ll have to think about it.

Episode 7: “The Negotiation”

INT. REAL ESTATE AGENCY – DAY

The group discusses the necessary repairs with Jennifer.

JENNIFER: Okay, so I’ve talked to the sellers and they’re willing to come down on the price.

LISA: That’s great.

SARAH: But we still need to factor in the cost of repairs.

MATT: And we don’t want to overpay for this house.

JOE: Let’s counteroffer and see what happens.

Episode 8: “The Closing”

INT. CLOSING DAY – DAY

The group meets with Jennifer to sign the paperwork.

JENNIFER: Congratulations, you guys are homeowners!

LISA: We did it!

SARAH: I can’t believe it!

MATT: cheers

JOE: What a relief.

Episode 9: “The Move-In”

INT. MOVING DAY – DAY

The group moves into their new house and tries to fit their belongings into their new space.

LISA: I didn’t realize how much stuff I had.

SARAH: Where are we going to put all this furniture?

MATT: This man-cave is smaller than I thought.

JOE: I think we need to call in some help.

The group hires a professional organizer to help them make the most of their space.

Episode 10: “The Housewarming Party”

INT. HOUSEWARMING PARTY – DAY

The group throws a housewarming party and shows off their new space to their friends.

FRIEND: Wow, this is amazing!

LISA: Thanks, we’re so happy with it.

SARAH: It took a lot of work, but it was worth it.

MATT: And we got a great deal.

JOE: I just hope the repairs hold up.

Suddenly, the roof leaks and everyone rushes to grab buckets to catch the water.

JENNIFER: laughs Wow, I guess the inspection wasn’t thorough enough.

The group laughs it off and agrees that it’s all part of the joys of homeownership.
